The start line is on Booner St Hawks Nest. Run down Booner St for 200m until a sharp right turn onto the Myall Park footpath. Follow this for 250m until Sanderling St where you turn right then a quick left through the carpark onto the Michael Rowe Walk. Just after the 3km mark turn left and follow the trail until Mungo Brush Rd. Proceed down the road verge for 2.5km then turn right onto Lemon Tree Trail and head on to Bennett’s Beach. Stay on the beach for 5.5km until the markers at Sanderling Rd 4WD access point where you exit the beach and return to the Michael Rowe Walk for a short run to the finish in Providence Bay Park.
